WATCH: Black Car Windows Declared Illegal In Bhubaneswar!
Bhubaneswar: Beware! black film on your car window will now invite fine in Bhubaneswar from today.
According to reports, drivers with black film on the car windows will be fined Rs.500/-.
The Commissionerate police in Bhubaneswar has started a drive in this regard. Till afternoon as many as 51 cars have been fined.
The enforcement drive will be made stricter with each passing day, said a source.
