University of Calabar Teaching Hospital Nursing Form 2022/2023

University of Calabar Teaching Hospital (UCTH), Calabar School of Nursing (SON) Basic Nursing Training Admission Form, Requirements, Application Guidelines, Entrance Examination, and Closing Date for 2022/2023 Academic Session.

UCTH School of Nursing Admission Requirements

• All candidates must possess FIVE (5) Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at not more than 2 sittings from SSCE or NECO.
• Only candidates aged between 17-30 years by November 2022 are eligible to apply.

How to Apply for UCTH School of Nursing Admission Form

The Application forms are obtainable from the Office of the Principal, School of Nursing, University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, Moore Road, Calabar  (subject to availability).

A non-refundable fee of N15,000 should be paid into the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital Collection Account at Ekondo Microfinance Bank along Muritala Mohammed Highway, Account No. 1100757926. Thereafter the teller is exchanged for an official receipt and will then be presented to the Principal, School of Nursing UCTH along Moore Road for collection of the Application form. NO ONLINE PAYMENT PLEASE.

The Entrance Examination will begin at 8:00 a.m. sharp at the School of Nursing Premises on Moore Road and the UCTH Permanent Site in Calabar.
