LNSA Opens 2023 Intelligence Gathering Training For Officers

In continuation of its strategic development plan for a more efficient Agency towards the Safer Lagos vision of Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu as enshrined in the THEMES Agenda, the Lagos State Neighbourhood Intelligence Department has kicked off the 2023 Surveillance and Intelligence Training programme.
While addressing the participants during the opening ceremony, the General Manager of the Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Agency, Prince Dr Ifalade Oyekan admonished the Officers to rededicate themselves to their job, stating that the Government cannot expect anything less than premium service with the huge investments it is making in them.
Oyekan said further that the people of Lagos expect dedication, loyalty and integrity from the Officers and said, “from the benefit of hindsight you should know that you will often be in the eye of the storm with the urbane residence of Lagos who will take nothing less than pacesetting standards from you, viz the Agency.
Ifalade called on the participants to always update their knowledge and avail themselves of the opportunity provided by the Internal Training mechanism recently put in place by the Agency.
The training anchored by the Mr. Fuad Oki and other eminent security Training experts took the Officers on the rudiments of Intelligence and surveillance gathering preparatory to the professional modules of the marathon training which is scheduled to cover the rest of the year.
